Any disputes regarding payments must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of the invoice date.
NC Home Pros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, delays, or damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Our services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results beyond what is outlined in the contract. NC Home Pros reserves the right to terminate services if a client or user is found to be in violation of any legal or regulatory requirements.
